Time is money

Do you procrastinate? Do you sometimes feel like you need a good push to get things done? Well, time is money as Ben Franklin said and when you are focused, you use your time much more effectively. He feels he has the same issues and wants to improve his focus and effectiveness in bringing his business to the next level. Medication in this day and age is an option, but who wants to take a pill for the rest of their life and become dependent on it and risk all the side effects. I guess I will have to see if I can convince him to try a more natural approach to improving his focus and concentration.
